Exactly what a hole-in-the-wall should be. Was the food fantastic? Yes. Was the service good? Yes. Was it a little dirty? Yes. Breaking the bags of ice on the floor then sticking them in the ice machine was gross but I guess it's why the sweet tea had such good flavor. I'm going back, just taking my own beverage.

Love this little place. Every time my family and I are in Cleveland Ms, we make it our business to eat lunch or breakfast here. Usually for lunch, I will have the golden fried Catfish (made to order) Cabbage, sweet potatoe yams, corn bread and sweet tea!😋

My husband ate breakfast here for our 5th year wedding anniversary. I ordered the Big Breakfast. It comes with eggs, pancakes, a hash brown (or grits) and bacon (or sausage). My husband just got pancakes and bacon. We waited a little while but not very long. Overall it was a good experience.

I can’t speak to their lunch, but I ate breakfast here all 4 days I was working in Cleveland. It’s a “hole in the wall”, but the food is made to order and fantastic. Also very fairly priced.

I rarely right reviews, but in this situation, I felt I had to. I have worked in the restaurant industry for quite some time. (Mainly fine dining) So, I'm used to reading or receiving reviews. My wife and I ate here today for lunch. The service was incredible. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, and by that, I mean a genuine smile. And they kept their smiles and welcoming attitudes the entire time. I from Mississippi, but I moved away 15 years ago. I haven't enjoyed a "good ole country meal" like this in 20 years. This food reminded me of my grandmother's cooking (I would never tell her that. 😉 God rest her soul) and that is saying a lot. We had the catfish. My wife had never had real catfish, because she's never had catfish from Mississippi. The look on her face as she took her first bite, was priceless. And the look on my face was "I told you so". The butter beans and cabbage were cooked to perfection! I left there with a long overdue familiarity. If I ever come to Cleveland, Ms again, this is the first place I'm visiting. A+++ ☆☆☆☆☆
